| 1. | Check for other DTCs indicated simultaneous with the code P0780. NOTE: P0780 means there is one or more A/T DTCs about the shift control system. Are there other DTCs? YES - Go to 2. NO - Update the PCM if it does not have the latest software, or substitute a known-good PCM, then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good PCM, replace the original PCM.n |
